Processing procedures

We use our own machinery fleet, which is continuously upgraded, for:

Sheet metal shear cutting
Tubes and section bars saw cutting
Iron, stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal CNC laser cutting
CNC sheet metal punching
CNC sheet metal bending
Sheet metal rolling and section bar bending

Shearing and moulding
Resistance welding (with spot welders)
Manual and robotic MIG and TIG arc welding for iron, stainless steel and aluminium
Drilling and threading
Assembly by using screwing, inserting and riveting machines

We have an in-house tool shop for the production of simple moulds, welding templates and special tools.

We can supply products complete with surface treatments

made by our qualified and experienced third-party suppliers:

Electrolytic zinc galvanisation

Hot dip galvanization

Chrome-plating

Anodic oxidation (Anodizing)
